If You Are Having Trouble(s) With Your Blog(s).......
I visit the Blogger help threads on Google all the time. I often contribute answers and replies to those questions that I can answer. However I am noticing that a lot of people are posting their blog problems there in the hopes that a Blogger.com staff employee will see their message and solve their blog problem for them.
While I have seen some postings from the Blogger.com staff appearing on these threads, the threads really aren't the place to post if you specifically need help from the Blogger.com staff.
For instance, if you are having problems with error codes appearing when you are trying to work on your blog you will also get a prompt asking you to report the error code to the blogging staff. You should report it then and not post to the threads because the prompt asks you to report the error code. You see if you don't report the error code then the Blogger.com staff may not be aware of it so how are they going to know how to work on it if they are not even aware of it?
The message boards are still a great place to go if you are seeking help with your blogging problem(s) but its not the place to go if you need to get in contact with the Blogger.com staff specifically.
Report your blog problem using the proper channels and you stand a better chance of getting your blogging problem solved.
