If you still can't find the link to help you change your password then I would advise you to click here so that you can get in touch with the Blogger.com staff so you can tell them the problem that you are having.
I am having a third party change the design of my blog.
If I change my password for them to enter the blog to do the work can I afterwards change it again - BUT - change it back to my original password. That is - is there a restriction to returning to the password.
Actually I do believe that with Blogger you can change your password as many times as you want and you can go back to using a previous password - so the answer, I believe, is yes you can
